Become An Employer

What We Offer Employers

We connect you with intelligent, motivated student employees from all over the world, and we initially partner with you to pay their wages.

Work-Study Employees

At the beginning of their education, students need work-study jobs to allow them to pay for their basic needs and stay in school. These students are motivated to perform in entry level jobs because the income allows them to pursue an education and acquire the skills needed for their next job.

Sponsor An Internship

As a company, you can create internships within your company for students to work and learn. An internship provides a short term employment experience, coupled with mentoring and training specific to the industry and position.  Your instruction not only supports the interns in their performance, but develops specific skill sets that will allow them to grow professionally.  As an employer, you get to pass on your passion to young, intelligent people across the world and give them tools for them to make an impact.

As employees, these students bring a diverse set of perspectives across ethnicity, age, and geography and are hungry for opportunity.

As an employer, you get to invest in students by providing jobs and an environment to nurture skills that will allow them to elevate their lives and lead in their communities. These student employees are compensated according to their in-country median wage, providing an opportunity to lower overall wage costs for the employer. Because a third-party staffing agency hires and pays all student employees directly, the employer is not responsible for any cross-border contracts, international taxes, forms, or fees.

“Learning takes time, especially in investing. If there is something I don’t know, my formula is to ask and then share because sharing solidifies learning and makes it easier to remember.”
