Profile: Kabangu
"The future is created at the intersection of business, technology, design, and culture." — Nathan Shedroff
That quote has shaped how I approach work and growth. I'm Idris Kabangu, and I work at that intersection — helping organizations bring structure, clarity, and purpose to the way they grow.
I started my career supporting Vodacom Congo's M-Pesa ecosystem, helping onboard merchants and resolve operational issues. Then I moved into finance and accounting with Mountain River Partners and Quist Group. I contributed to UNICEF's Veilleurs du Web initiative, promoting digital literacy. And I earned a Bachelor's in Applied Business Management from BYU–Idaho.
Each experience taught me the same thing: sustainable growth doesn't happen by chance. It happens when people, systems, and strategy work together clearly and consistently.
At Pearl 27, I help brands build trust online through ethical digital marketing — creating content, engaging communities, and improving visibility across LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X, and Quora.
What drives me: Turning complexity into clarity. Building systems that serve people. Creating impact that lasts.
Outside of work: Mentoring youth. Community initiatives. Believing that strong systems should improve lives, not just performance.
What you can expect from me: Curiosity. Adaptability. Commitment to learning. And a genuine desire to create meaningful impact. I speak French fluently and have professional working proficiency in English. Reach out anytime — I'm here to help.
