Module 3 Discussion: Bring Your Team Energy

PreviousPage 2 of 4Next

A few years ago, I was serving as a counsellor in the mission presidency. One of the counsellors was conducting temple recommendation interviews while I was meeting with other church leaders.

As time passed, we realized we were getting late for our flight. To help the team, I stepped in and assisted with the temple recommendation interviews. By working together as a mission presidency, we completed all of our responsibilities before leaving.

That experience made me feel happy and gave me a strong sense of belonging. It reminded me that teamwork, supporting one another, and being willing to help wherever needed are essential to accomplishing our goals successfully.

I would like to bring this experience in Pizza Hut

One team experience where i truly felt like i belonged was when i organized a girls' cultural program at my school. On the day of the program, the girls took longer than expected to get ready, which caused a delay. The chief guest had to leave soon, so i stepped forward and politely requested her to stay a little longer. I also went to help the girls get ready quickly so that the program could continue.

This experience showed me that a team becomes strong when people support each other, especially during chaotic or stressful moments. I personally contributed by taking initiative, helping my team, and making sure the program could be completed successfully.

From this experience, i learned that teamwork means staying connected, helping one another, and working together when things do not go as planned. At Pizza Hut, I can bring the same positive attitude by supporting my teammates during busy shifts, stepping in when someone needs help, and working together to complete our tasks. I believe that when we support each other, we can create a stronger team where everyone feels that they belong.

Hello Sofia, you really done a great job for supporting the girls. Team work is best way to achieve goals

Two weeks ago, I went to church for my institute class. When I arrived, I saw a family cleaning the church. Since my class was not going to start for another 45 minutes, I decided to help them so the cleaning could be finished on time.
Helping them made me feel happy and gave me a strong sense of belonging. Working together as a team helped us complete the task more quickly and successfully.
From this experience, I learned that teamwork is very important. I will bring this same attitude to Pizza Hut by supporting my coworkers, helping whenever needed, and working together to provide excellent service to our customers.

One team where I truly felt I belonged was during my mission. My companions and district became like family. We worked hard together, looked after each other, and celebrated every little win. We always had each other's back, and that made us a strong team.

What made our team strong was trust, respect, open communication, and a positive attitude. Even when things were tough, we stayed keen to serve, encouraged one another, and kept moving forward together.

One thing I contributed was being reliable and willing to pitch in whenever someone needed help. I tried to bring a cheerful attitude, listen carefully, and make everyone feel included. I always wanted my teammates to know, No worries, we've got this. I always believe in giving my best effort because when I do my part, God helps with the rest.

At Pizza Hut, I want to bring that same team spirit. I'll pitch in during busy shifts, support my teammates, communicate respectfully, and help create a positive workplace where everyone feels valued. I believe that when everyone works together, we can give our customers a great experience.

  • Good luck everyone

Thank you so much, Reechal, for letting us know about your experience. The thing that I have learned from your experience is positivity. You remained positive during all that time with your team. This shows that you possess an amazing teamwork spirit, which is amazing, by the way. I believe that your positive attitude is your strength.

Hello Shahzaib, thank you so much for letting us know about your experience. You have done such a great job. It shows that you are a great soul because you offer to help them without them even asking you to help can only be done by a person who has a great heart. The thing that I have learned from your experience is to offer help when you see someone struggling.

One team experience I want to share with you is this: when I was studying, we had a team assignment. I was the team leader. One of my teammates got sick, and he asked me to do his part of the assignment because I was the team leader. I could have asked someone else to do the work, but I did not. I not only did my work but also his. We did great in our assignment and got an A grade.

I will bring this same attitude of doing more when asked in my Pizza Hut journey. So that I can become an example for others. And my teammates can enjoy my company.

Thank you, and GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

1. One team experience where I felt I truly belonged

I felt like I truly belonged in my school cricket team back in Wana. We practiced together every evening and played tournaments as a group.

2. What made that team feel strong

What made us strong was trust and support. We celebrated each other’s wins, covered for each other’s mistakes, and always encouraged one another. We knew everyone had an important role.

3. One thing I personally contributed to that team

I contributed by staying positive and motivating the team when we were losing. I also helped new players learn the rules and techniques so they felt included.

4. One thing I can bring to our Pizza Hut team

I can bring energy and teamwork to our Pizza Hut team. I’ll support my teammates during busy hours, communicate clearly, and make sure everyone feels respected and included so we work better together.
