I remember a positive reaction when i was working in a call centre as Customer Service Representative. I received a inbound call customer was very frustrated She said: I place order at the Pizza Hut through Uber eats, 1st =My order was late, 2nd=Pizza is cold even not eatable,  3rd this not what i order give me my money right now.

I remember she was crying over the call she order Pizza for her kids, First step i took that was listen and understand her situation and then say sorry for the convinces and then delivered the new pizza Which is order and give some compensation she was happy and say thanks to me because said her kids was too much hungry and I got the comment I made her day. After that she gave "Wow" Rating for my service. I think reorder or redelivery it is not just to provide a customer food its like we valued the customer we build connection with customer.

Working in Pizza Hut i will try to give same service to the customer who are frustrated for their order either Pizza is late, Pizza cook not well etc.. I believe our reaction or positive act with smile impact on the customer life. A little thanks could made his life.

Wow, I am really happy to see how you helped the customer and compensated her even when you didn't have to, but you helped her and made her day better. The customer must be impressed by your excellent service. You should keep this good attitude with customers in the future as well.

MY BAD EXPERIENCE:

One of my bad experiences was at Fine Pizza Restaurant. When i went there, no one came to to welcome, greet or help me. I had to wait for about 20 minutes, and I could not find a table by myself. When an employee finally came, he was rude and did not seem to care about the customers. The service was poor, and the food did not taste that impressive. Because of this bad experience, i was very disappointed. I decided that i would not visit that restaurant again.

One positive customer experience I remember was when I visited Monal restaurant in Lahore for the  first time. Their staff greeted me with a smiling face, they took my   order carefully and remembered what I like most. When I left, they thanked me with a smiling face, I felt so nice, Their positive attitude made me feel valued and welcome.

I felt from this experience that connection matters most, because their staff shown their kindness and interaction. The way they treated me I felt to go their again because of their friendly environment.

At Pizza Hut , I would love  to build same kind of moment by greeting every guest or customers with a smile, listening their orders carefully, speak to them in a friendly way so that they  feel special and valued. I feel that our little positive actions like welcoming them with a smile, thanking them , can bring big changes in the customers experience.

I really enjoyed reading your experience, the customer service at that restaurant is indeed immaculate. Indeed the most important aspect in any kind of work is connecting with the customers and make them feel seen and valued.

This discussion is for Week 2. Share a guest experience that connects to the Moments of Connection.

Post your response by Wednesday of Week 2. Reply to at least two classmates by Friday of Week 2.

In your post, share one positive guest or customer experience you remember — from either side of the counter. Maybe you served someone, or maybe you were the customer, and someone made your day. Tell us what made it feel special, and which Moment of Connection it reminds you of: Invite, Connect, Joy, or Thank. Then explain one way you could create that kind of moment for a Pizza Hut guest.

In your replies, be specific and encouraging. Build on a classmate's idea, ask a thoughtful question, or share a similar experience.

Remember: Great guest experiences are built one small moment at a time.

One guest experience that has always stuck with me was when I stopped at a Dineon Restaurant in main channu shop after a long day. The place was quite busy, but one of the team members welcomed me with a friendly smile and said, "G'day! How are you going?" Straight away, I felt comfortable and appreciated. They took the time to listen to my order, answered my questions patiently, and made sure everything was spot on. Before I left, they thanked me for coming in and wished me a great day. It wasn't anything over the top, but those small acts of kindness made the experience memorable.

This reminds me of the Connect moment because the team member made a genuine effort to build a friendly connection with me. They didn't just serve my food. they made me feel like a valued guest.

If I worked at Pizza Hut, I would create the same kind of experience by greeting every guest with a smile, listening carefully to what they need, and treating everyone with kindness and respect. I'd also thank them for choosing Pizza Hut and make sure they leave happy with both the food and the service. I believe it's the little things that make the biggest difference and keep guests coming back.

I really enjoyed reading your experience,  im glad you had an amazing experience. We could truly learn from this experience and improve our own service.

My experience, Once I went to the fine pizza with my friends, we ordered pizza and chicken chawmin, and it arrived 30 minutes late. We were starving. The pizza that we ordered was not the same. We were waiting for someone to come, and we asked him about our order . The team was delayed in responding because of customers rushing. We thought that their service is slow, so next time we will not come here again.

One thing Pizza Hut could do better: Pizza Hut is doing great work but if they have to face such kind of issue, they should tink that even a small thing like caring for a customer and keeping watching what is their order or something ,Taking order, carefully ,owning the mistake let people feel valued.

Hello everyone!

One of the best experience at Haveli restaurant. When I and my family went there, there was a man stand outside of the restaurant and greet their customers and treat them with positive attitude. That's made me comfortable. Then I order my food. Food was little bit late but their hospitality was impress me so much that's why  i did not told anything to them even i have lots of anger issues.

In pizza hut i also try to make the customer make comfortable. I will serve them patiently, kindly and always make them happy. And always do my work with honesty and full of my heart and courage. I work hard with my team and also make them comfortable with me. I am so excited to work with all of you.

Yeah if something have advantages , there are also disadvantages of everything. But thing is we should work on that things to make that things prefect or better. As a employee we should always ponder what customer's order.
