Guests remember how we made them feel. For this discussion, think about a time when you were the customer somewhere. What made the experience good — or not so good? Then connect that experience to Pizza Hut: what could a team member do to make a guest feel welcomed, heard, and valued?

To complete this discussion:

Post your response by Wednesday.
Reply to at least two classmates by Friday.

In your post, share:

  1. One customer experience you remember.
  2. What made it feel positive or negative.
  3. One thing a Pizza Hut team member could do to create a better guest experience.

In your replies, be specific and encouraging. Build on a classmate’s idea, ask a thoughtful question, or share a similar experience.

Remember: Small moments can turn a first-time guest into a regular.

My experience, Once I went to fine pizza with my friends, we ordered pizza and chicken chawmin, and it arrived 30 minutes late. We were starving. The pizza that we ordered was not the same. We were waiting for someone to come, and we asked him about our order . The team was delayed in responding because of customers rushing. We thought that their service is slow, so next time we will not come here again.

One thing Pizza Hut could do better:

Pizza Hut is doing great work but if they have to face such kind of issue, they should tink that even a small thing like caring for a customer and keeping watching what is their order or something ,Taking order, carefully ,owning the mistake let people feel valued.

Hello Everyone,
One customer experience I remember was visiting a restaurant where the staff greeted me with a smile and served my order quickly. It felt positive because everyone was friendly and respectful. At Pizza Hut, a team member can make guests feel welcomed by greeting them warmly, listening carefully to their order, and thanking them before they leave."

Hello everyone!

Last night I went to the crumble. The staff welcomed me with a cute smile that Is impressive thing for me. That time I was stressed from my work and randomly I went there. But Their hospitality changes my mood and make me stressed out or positive.

In pizza hut if their staff welcome to their customers warmly and they shows their positive attitude to  the customer automatically customer feels good in pizza hut. Firstly we should improve our relationship with our colleges and work hard as a team. Then we should respect our customers and listen them carefully what they order. Unfortunately if they have face some kind of issues we should solve them with kindness and peacefully . And always thankful to our customers before they leave.

Hello everyone!

One customer experience I remember:
I went to a store to buy something, but I couldn’t find what I needed. An employee noticed I looked confused and came to help me. She asked what I was looking for, walked me to the right section, and even suggested a better option for my budget.

Hello everyone! Hope you guys are doing great. So one thing that I want to share with you guys is that when I was at my university, we boys went out for dinner (Butt Karahi) . We were 5 guys. We ordered our food, and it arrived late and was cold. I complained about it, and they replaced our order. Then I noticed that the guy who was the waiter and who was serving food was not looking well. I went to him. I asked him very polietly that are you fine, then he told me that while he was coming to the restaurant, he had an accident and he got injured, and his knee got injured badly, but they did not let him go home. While there were other waiters present at that time, they were still sending that guy to serve.  That guy told me that the supervisor has some beef with him, that's why he didn't let him go home. That really shocked me. That was the most negative experience I have had in my life.

So, some of us will become supervisors in Pizza Hut soon, so to them I will suggest that guys, please look after the team, be professional, and do not take anything personally. Because a good team can only run a good restaurant.

God Bless you all.

Hello Amjad, thanks for letting us know about your experience. The same has happened to me many times, and I really feel awkward during such moments, but now I have overcome my fear of asking someone for help 🙂

Hi Zubaida, thank you so much for letting us know about your experience. The same thing has happened to me at KFC Lahore. And from that day I have stopped dining in; I only order my food at home.

I have an experience during my Internship with Avari Express Hotel. In the morning shift I was organizing the befits for breakfast and a gentle man called me humbly with respect, excuse me sir, I respond him nicely with smile. Yes sir, how may I help you? he said may I request you for fatless milk? I smile and said, yes sure, we are here to serve you. Quickly I went to kitchen and bring him glass of milk on his table.  He smiles and said thank your young man. you are very kind. After completed his breakfast, he given me a 1000 rupee but I rejected with thanks and said it is hotel policy so I cannot accept it .  Latter he wrote good commands and beautiful good wish and handover to our head chef with 5000 rupees which I donated to special children organization.

Latter I know that he was the owner of the Hotel and he was checking his staff members how much we are helpful and how we are serving our guests.  I learned with this experience that my quick service and nice behaviors feel him special and welcome. 2nd I learn our diligent work, nice behavior and commitment make us unique and better.
